Exchange
Our policy lasts 24 hours upon your purchase.
If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

Please note that reasons such as “I changed my mind”, “I don’t want it anymore”, “The colour is different than the website”, will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused/unwashed/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. You must present original receipt and it must also be in the original packaging.

RM15 will be imposed for all exchange except for defective or damage items.

Please complete 'Refund/Exchange Form' and send it to us together with the defect item and email to us the Form first to sale@naelofarscarflets.com.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will notify you once payment is ready.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at 019-6992024.

Sale items
Only regular priced items is eligible for refund or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Gift Cards
We do not offer Refund or Exchange for Gift Cards.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first to get the address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
